Single Session
Schedule a single session to discuss a specific problem or routine you would like support with. Included in this session are:
-One hour zoom session with a coach
-Pre-session questionnaire
-Post-session check-in via e-mail or text
-Personalized downloads

Multisession Package
A multisession package is ideal for parents who have multiple behaviors they want to work on or parents who want extended support to practice newly learned strategies, then return to discuss and tweak these strategies to work for their home and family. Multisession packages include all aspects of a single session plus:
- e-mail access to your coach throughout the duration of your sessions with a 24 hour guaranteed response time
- One 60 minute session a week for 3 weeks
